Grapes are found in clusters that are found in different colors such as red, black, green or blue with amazing flavor, the fruits are juicy which contains the citrus acid, that is highly beneficial for the health, grapes are classified in the family of berries known as the queen of fruits, different types of grapes are formed in different parts of the country that are of various flavors and sizes, grapes are dried to use in confectioneries and cakes as well as in wine industry. Raw grapes are beneficial to your body, eating grapes regularly is beneficial to the body.

Here Are Some Benefits Of Eating Grapes:

1. Heart Diseases

Few of the researches it has been found that grapes contains nutrients and dilutes the flow of blood, reduces blood clots with regular and proper flow of the blood, the cardiovascular functions turns to improve with less risks of heart attack along with the nutritious benefit to the body, it is an antioxidant which reduces chronic inflammation of the heart, therefore giving you healthy living [1] .

2. Constipation

Constipation is one of the common problems in most of the people now a days, due to constipation they are not being able to lead a healthy life, so intake of a bowl of grapes or one and a half glass of grapes juice helps in reducing the problems of the constipation as grapes contains a high amount of  water and  insoluble fiber in it which boosts the production of digestive enzymes [2] .

3. Migraine

Migraine is one of the painful headache disease that may be present in any age group of people, from children to adults and generally it effects your eyes also apart from the expansion of the blood vessels headache, eating of the grapes helps in controlling migraines as it reduces blood pressure, so the flow of the blood is controlled, therefore a bowl of grapes or one glass of juice may help in reducing migraine [3] .

4. Energy

Eat a sufficient quantity of the grapes, it will help you in gaining energy because the grapes is high tonned with water and at the same time contains simple sugars in it which makes both the combination  a compact energy gainer, So after having a day out in the scorching sun or having exercises eating grapes will make you feel fresh and energized [4] .

5. Blood Cholesterol

Cholesterol increase in the blood is the commonly found in most of the people due to their daily eating habits, that make the unhealthy cholesterol to increase within the blood, this gives an highly bad effect on the body, eating grapes can lower the LDL( low density lipoprotein) which is harmful to our body, due to the presence of the flavonoid and the antioxidants in the grapes, the HCL ( high density lipoprotein ) may increase in the body which is beneficial to the human body [5] .

6. Prevents Cataracts

One of the eye disease that cause a low visibility from the retina of the eyes, mostly occurs in old age groups, anti inflammatory property helps in the reduction of the inflammatory proteins levels and on the vice versa increases the anti inflammatory protective protein level of the retina in the eyes, so eating of the grapes are highly recommended for a healthy and protective retina along with a good eye sight [6] .

7. Immune System

Eating of grapes boosts up your immune system, the grapes contains vitamin C , traces of iron that is very important for the developing the immunity system within our body, thus it helps in fighting various immune diseases and keeps you free from diseases [7] . So, grapes can helps you in fighting immune diseases.

8. Antibacterial Diseases

Grapes have the anti bacterial property that keeps bacteria forming diseases away from the body  which fights against the germs to form any infectious or any contaminated diseases within the body [8] . Eating grapes regularly may help you to stay away from contaminated diseases.

9. Bone Strength

Now a days osteoarthritis is a common bone disease where the bones loses its calcium making the bone weak. The grapes are nutritious fruits that contains traces of magnesium, iron , potassium  and manganese, that are highly required for the strength of the bones, on the other hand it helps in improving the femur cortical thickness and strength retaining the calcium in the bones [9] .

10. Aids Detoxification

The detoxification property of the grapes helps in cleaning the toxins from the body, the anti oxidant property with the quantity of water in the grapes are absorbed by the tissues and cells of the body finally removing the toxin through urination [10] .
