Chronic fatigue is a very common problem that is different from your regular fatigue issues. Sometimes, feeling fatigue and tiredness is fairly common. We all have those days. But if you are experience fatigue over a long period of time and seeing that you are getting stressed, feeling tired, etc. for prolonged periods, it indicates that you are suffering from chronic fatigue.

Here Are Some Natural Remedies To Help You Get Over The Same-

Eat More of Carbs

Carbohydrates are one of the best sources of foods to help you get over the problem of fatigue. They are a natural source of energy that is vital for keeping you energized and help you get a morale boost. Carb sources range from brown rice to pasta or even foods like oats, quinoa, etc. that provide carbs without the added calories.

Increase Starch Intake

Starch is the lifeline of increasing your energy level. It contains natural enzymes that give your body a recharge and help you feel energized very fast. In fact, it is best to have starchy foods in the morning or afternoon because they contain some added calories. Eat more of potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, etc.

Have Protein Rich Foods

Proteins are another way to get you out of the chronic fatigue mode. Proteins are the building blocks of life and sometimes the lack of this leads to cell malfunctioning too. As a result, you can be experiencing chronic fatigue because of the lack of this.

Citrus Fruits

All kinds of citrus fruits, namely oranges, sweet lemons, grapefruit, etc. are rich in natural sugars along with being laden with vitamins. A lot of people are not aware but the lack of vitamin b12 in particular is a big reason for chronic fatigue. So switch over to eating more of citrus fruits.

Increase Yogurt Intake

Calcium is another reason that could be causing chronic fatigue. It has been seen that lack of calcium too reduces energy levels over the years, especially in women when it starts resulting in bone loss. Yogurt helps you get that calcium. It is also a probiotic that boosts your immunity and helps you to get more energy.

Switch From Caffeine To Green Tea

Caffeine is not really a way to energize your body. In fact, you could be feeling that you are pepped up but that is really temporary. What happens here is that you feel tired soon. Green tea on the other hand helps you in staying energized for a longer time, the natural way.

Start Exercising

If you haven’t already, it is time too. The thing is that exercise helps your body functions improve. It also helps you experience use of multiple muscle groups. Sometimes, the lack of movement and sedate lifestyle is the primary cause of chronic fatigue.

Go For Massages And Recreation

Try to go for regular massages or other physical recreation activities. This helps you in getting rid of stress and anxiety, along with relieving the body of pain. So a weekly massage here could do the trick.

Get More Sleep

Lack of sleep is a major cause for insomnia. Try to have relaxing chamomile tea before bedtime or even a  glass of warm milk. Both of these stimulate better sleep. Make sure you get that 8 hours. If not try to take a small power nap during the day. It sure helps boost energy levels.

Have Honey Instead of Sugar

Forget the sugar charge. Honey will help you get the natural sugars, without even adding to calories. It boosts energy levels and improves immunity to help you get rid of chronic fatigue.
