10 Natural Remedies For Hair Fall

Every person wishes to have shiny and thick hair. But many factors affect the growth of hair and causes hair fall. Mental strain, split ends, anxiety, hormone imbalance, anemia, smoking, Genetic, weakness and chemotherapy are some of the factors which causes hair fall. Due to this condition you may feel embarrassing to appear in social life. Many people go for medical treatment to solve this problem, but sometimes they are not effective.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera contains an enzyme called proteolytic. It is very useful to treat dead cells on the scalp. Aloe Vera acts as a conditioner which makes your hair smooth and shiny. Extract gel from Aloe Vera leaves and apply it directly to the scalp. Leave it to dry for an hour and then wash it with lukewarm water. Do this process for 3 to 4 times a week until hair fall is controlled.

Indian Lilac

Indian lilac is also called as Neem. It is antiviral, antibacterial, antiseptic and antifungal in nature. Due to all these medicinal properties it is considered as one of the best natural remedy to control hair fall. Boil Neem leaves in water for 30 to 40 minutes and leave it to cool. Wash your hair with this water on regular basis to get the most benefits of it.

Coconut

Coconut is very rich in vitamins and minerals which help in hair growth. Due to this beneficial property coconut is recommended as a natural remedy to control hair fall. Extract milk from coconut and apply it directly to the scalp. Leave it for half an hour to dry and then wash it with lukewarm water. Do this process 3 to 4 times a week to get the most benefits of it.

Gooseberry

Gooseberry also contains some vitamins and minerals which are very useful for growth of hair. Boil some dry gooseberries in coconut oil. Wait till the color of oil turns black and cool it. Apply it on the scalp and massage for 15 to 20 minutes a day. Do this process for 3 to 4 times a week until the hair fall is controlled.

Hibiscus

This flower is very useful in treating hair fall because of its revitalizing properties. It also helps in reducing dandruff and other problems related to hair growth. Prepare fine powder by grinding dry hibiscus flowers, make a paste by adding water to this powder and apply it directly to the scalp. Leave it to dry for few minutes and wash it with lukewarm water. Do this process twice or thrice a week to get the most benefits of it.

Garlic

Garlic is very rich in vitamins which are needed for the growth of hair. Thus, it is used as a natural remedy to treat hair fall and to gain proper growth of hair. Boil garlic cloves in coconut oil for few minutes and cool it. Apply this oil to the scalp and massage for few minutes. Do this process for twice or thrice a week to get the most benefits of it.

Onion

Onion contains Sulphur in adequate quantity, which is helpful for the growth of hair. Extract juice from onion and apply directly to the scalp. Do massage for few minutes and was it with lukewarm water. Do this process twice or thrice a week until hair fall is controlled. You can also use onion with honey as hair mask.

Flaxseeds

Flaxseeds have omega-3 fatty acids which are very helpful to prevent hair loss and improve growth of hair. Boil flaxseeds in coconut oil for few minutes and leave it to cool. Apply it directly on the scalp and do massage for few minutes. Do this process twice or thrice a week to get the most benefits of it.

Cucumber

Cucumber is recommended as a natural remedy to treat hair fall as it contains vitamins and minerals which are essential for the growth of hair. Make a juice by crushing cucumber and apply it directly to the scalp. Leave it for few minutes and wash it with lukewarm water. This shows cooling effect on your hair and improves the growth of hair.

Lemon

Lemon is also one of the natural remedy to control hair fall. With its antioxidant property and folic acid it improves the growth of hair. Extract juice from few lemons and apply it directly to the scalp. Leave it to dry for an hour and wash it with warm water. Do this process 3 to 4 times a week to get the most benefits of it.
