Just mix one egg with one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of honey. Apply this mixture on damp hair and leave it on for half an hour, before rinsing it off with a mild shampoo.
Mayonnaise works wonders to the hair; making it strong, healthy and shiny. It is rich in proteins and has anti-oxidants to help nourish hair. Take half a cup of mayonnaise and gently massage it into your hair, especially the roots. Cover your head with a shower cap and leave it on for 20-25 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and a fragrant shampoo afterwards. Make sure to rinse well so that your hair doesn’t smell of mayonnaise.
Beer doesn’t only taste good, but it is also a superb stimulant for your hair. Being rich in proteins, it nourishes hair follicles, making your hair glossy and silky. After shampooing your hair, massage it with beer and leave it on for 5-6 minutes. Rinse it off with water and let you hair dry naturally.
Honey is useful for deep conditioning and retaining the moisture in your hair. Just shampoo your hair and massage the damp hair with honey afterwards. Apple cider vinegar is great for maintaining the PH balance of the scalp and retaining the moisture in the hair. Mix half a cup of apple cider vinegar with one cup water and apply this mixture to the hair roots and tips, after shampooing your hair. Gelatin is rich in proteins and therefore helps repairing damaged hair and giving it a polished look. All you need to do is, melt one tablespoon gelatin in warm water. Add a few drops of lavender or rosemary oil and one tablespoon of vinegar to this. Apply this mixture to the scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.
Banana is good for conditioning your hair and adding sheen to it, while also making it soft. Mash one banana in some milk to form a paste. Massage the scalp with this paste for a few minutes and leave it on for 20 minutes, before washing your hair with a mild shampoo.
Aloe Vera gel hydrates dry hair and gives it a soft texture. You can mix 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel with some coconut oil and an egg. Apply this concoction to your hair and leave it on for 30-45 minutes. Rinse your hair with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo afterwards.
