Water, Honey and Lemon

Boil water in a vessel and let it stand for some time. Squeeze half of lemon juice into lukewarm water. Add a teaspoon of honey to it and stir well. Drink this liquid regularly in the morning after getting up from bed. This helps you to burn fat naturally. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes for best results.

Black Pepper and Lemon

Squeeze a lemon and add the juice to a glass of water. Sprinkle some freshly grounded black pepper to it. Drink this once in a day after meal. Black pepper contains a chemical called peperine which controls fat cells in the body.

Water

Water keeps you hydrated and is important for weight loss and burning fat. It flushes the toxic substances from the body and curbs appetite. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. You can also drink half a litre of warm water regularly in empty stomach to melt the excess fat in the body.

Green Tea

Green tea is a proven fat burner. Take a green tea bag and dip it in a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Drink this tea regularly twice a day to burn fat effectively. Avoid milk and sugar. You can also add crushed ginger for better results. Drink this tea in empty stomach.

Yogurt And Honey

The pro-biotic present in yogurt helps in breaking down fat and optimizes digestion. Take a fresh bowl of fresh fruit. Ad low fat yogurt and honey to it. Mix it properly and have it for breakfast. You can also add oats to keep you full. Always prefer plain and low fat yogurt over flavoured one.

Dried Beans

Beans are rich source of protein. The fibre present in beans help to burn fat and reduce cholesterol. You can eat dried beans as salad or consume it directly. Add a cup of bean to pressure cooker along with 2 cups of water and pressure cook it for 20 minutes. Prepare salad with fresh vegetables.

Herbal Water

Take 2 litres of water in a jar. Cut cucumber into small pieces. Grate 1-2 inches of ginger. Cut 10-12 mint leaves. Add all these ingredients into water and soak it overnight. In the morning strain the mixture and squeeze a lemon juice to the mixture. Drink it throughout the day. These ingredients are excellent to burn fat in the body.

Garlic

Garlic inhibits the process of making fat and is an excellent fat burner. Take 2-3 garlic cloves and chew it. Drink a glass of lemon water after it. Follow this routine regularly in an empty stomach. You will see the difference within 2 weeks.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a great fat burner. Cinnamon produces heat in the body and helps in burning fat. Therefore it is advisable to take 1 teaspoon of cinnamon regular in your diet. It is generally used in the food we cook. It increases body metabolism and is thermogenic. You can sprinkle cinnamon powder on your tea or add it to salad and sauces.

Bottle Gourd Juice

Bottle gourd juice helps in burning fat as well as curbs appetite. It keeps you full as it has high water content. Take a cup of bottle gourd juice and refrigerate it until chilled. Now add few drops of lime juice and a pinch of salt to taste. Drink cold bottle gourd juice regularly to melt the excess fat from the body.

Mint

Add some crushed mint to a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Now strain the liquid. Add a spoonful of honey and pinch of pepper to it. Drink this liquid regularly. Mint, honey and pepper dissolve the fat and increases body metabolism.

Ginger Tea

Ginger is thermogenic and increases body temperature which helps to burn fat. Add crushed ginger to hot water and boil for 5 minutes. Strain the liquid. Add lemon juice and honey to it. Mix well and drink ginger tea in the morning. You can drink at least 2 cups of ginger tea a day for best results.
