Basil Leaves

Basil leaves are very effective for kidney pain and infection. It is normally consumed as a tonic and is beneficial for the kidney. A person suffering from kidney infection and pain should consume a tablespoon of basil juice mixed with honey regularly for effective results. This treatment should be continued for a longer period of time to get cured permanently.

Plaintain Leaves

Plaintain is a common herb which has anti-bacterial property that prevents infection in the kidney thereby reducing burning sensation. It also has anti-inflammatory property that relieves kidney pain. Put the plaintain herb in a pot. Add boiling water to it. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Strain and drink it 4-5 times in a day for immediate relief.

Cabbage Leaves

Cabbage leaves are known to flush the disease causing fluid from your body. It also provides relief from kidney pain. Boil cabbage leaves, onion, bran and water in a vessel for about 20 minutes or till the water evaporates completely to prepare cabbage poultice. Now place the poultice in gauze and apply the hot gauze to the affected area to get relief from pain.

Marshmallow Root

Marshmallow root is a proven diuretic. Place marshmallow root in water and soak it overnight or at least 4-5 hours. It is better to refrigerate it. In the morning strain the water. It will be a thick liquid. Drink this water at least 4-5 times in a day. It is beneficial in reducing the intolerable pain.

Parsley

Parsley is a known diuretic and helps to flush toxins out of your body. It reduces swelling and painful inflammation. Boil water and keep aside. Now add chopped parsley to it and let it stand for 20 minutes. Strain and drink the liquid at least 4 times a day for faster results.
