Take some coarsely ground rice powder and mix a little milk with it to make a paste. Apply the paste on your elbows and knees. Massage the paste gently in a roundabout way for 10-15 minutes. Milk And Baking Powder

Milk and baking powder are excellent things to take care of your dark elbows and knees. Take a spoon of baking powder. Mix milk with it to make a paste. Apply the paste on dusky skins of your elbows and knees. Keep it for 10-15 minutes and then wash with plain water. Baking powder is natural bleach which helps dark skin to turn fair.

Lemon And Honey

Lemon juice is a natural acid which helps to make a dark skin fair. Squeeze one lemon and mix some honey with lemon juice. Mix well and apply the mixture on your dark knees and elbows every alternate day. Leave it for half an hour after application and then wash with plain water. Being a natural bleach lemon really works to make your dark skin fair and honey moisturizes your skin and makes it soft.

Mustard Oil And Wheat Flour

Mustard oil is an excellent product for skin. It contains linoleic, erucic and oleic acids which help to moisturize the skin and enhance brightness of the skin. Take ½ cup of mustard oil and add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and a teaspoon curd in it. Mix well and apply it on your elbows and knees. Please wait for 30-40 minutes so that your skin gets adequate time to absorb the nutrients. Mustard oil moisturizes the skin. Curd bleaches your skin and wheat flour scrubs out dirt and dead cells. Regular use of this pack helps to make the skin of elbows and knees soft, supple and, fair.

Orange And Carrot

Take an orange along with its peel. Take a peeled carrot. Add them in a grinder and grind to a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your dark skins of elbows and knees. Leave it for an hour so that your skin gets ample time to absorb the juice. Orange is citrus in nature which controls excessive melanin (cause of dark skin) production and antioxidant property of carrot makes skin soft, supple and wrinkle free. You will get the benefit from daily use.
