5 Home Remedies For Dry, Thinning Hair

For this reason thinning of hair and dry hair are regarded is as problem. These problems are of modern days due to stress and strain, pollution and poor health. At older age when air was pollution free and foods were pure there were no such problems like thinning hair. Other factors that play a crucial role behind hair related problems are hormonal imbalance, nutritional deficiency, heredity, using too much hair care products made with synthetic chemical. Apart from thinning hair, dry hair also makes you look unattractive. Moreover, dry hair tends to thinning of hair. But there are a few excellent home remedies for both thinning and dull hair.

Onion And Olive Oil:

Pink onion is excellent for hair. Grate pink onion and remove the extract. Massage onion juice on your scalp. Massage in a roundabout way. Onion juice contains sulfur it helps to stop hair fall and enhances hair growth. In addition, if you have dry hair mix a few drops of olive oil with onion juice before massaging. Olive oil is rich with vitamin E which improves the texture of hair and makes it shiny. Massage it at bedtime so that your scalp gets adequate time to absorb the juice.

Hibiscus Flower, Aloevera And Coconut Oil:

Hibiscus flower, aloevera and coconut oil are superb things for hair. All these three things improve the texture of hair, hydrate your hair, moisturize it, supply nutrition to hair and enhance hair growth. Take 4-5 hibiscus flowers. Slit one aloevera tube and remove the gel. In a mixer add flower, gel and 2-3 tablespoons pure coconut oil. Mix well. Apply this on your hair and scalp. Leave it for an hour or two. Then you may shampoo your hair with some mild shampoo. Use it every alternate day. But, if you have a tendency to catch cold, use this pack once a week or eliminate the aloevera because it is very cold.

Egg And Yogurt:

Egg is an excellent product for hair. Vitamin B complex present in egg boosts up hair growth and improves the health of the hair. Beat one egg properly. Add 2-3 tablespoons sour yogurt in it. Mix well and apply it on your scalp and hair. Be sure that each hair strand gets the coating. Leave it to get dry and then wash it with any mild shampoo. Yogurt moisturizes and hydrates your hair and cure dryness.

Honey And Grape:

Honey is a natural conditioner which moisturizes your hair. Crush some grapes and remove the juice. Mix a teaspoon honey in ½ cup grape juice. Mix well and massage it on your hair in a roundabout way. Wait an hour and then wash with plain water. Regular use of this grape and honey makes your hair soft, silky and, bouncy.

Castor Oil And Amla:

Take 2-3 tablespoons castor oil in a bowl. Make it hot because castor oil is very thick. To make it thin you have to make it warm. Then add a teaspoon fresh amla (Indian gooseberry) paste in it. Mix well and massage it on your scalp. Castor oil and amla contains vitamin E and vitamin C respectively which helps to cure thinning hair and dull hair problem. Use it every alternate day for a better result.

Follow these tips. Stay away from hair care products like dye, liquor, hair spray, etc. as much as possible. You will soon get rid of thinning and dry hair naturally.
