1. Oranges

One of the main reasons for body shivering is stress and anxiety, so to fight with various anxieties, weakness, tiredness and stress we need that one perfect ingredient that is orange. Orange have natural relaxing properties that will help you in destroying all reasons causing shivering. Shocking but true, the fragrance of orange can reduce shivering. You can peel orange and put it inside boiling water and take the refreshing vaporized smell of it or you can make a juice of orange, honey around 2 table spoon and nutmeg. It effect very strongly on shivering and chills.

2. Increase The Intake Of Carbohydrate Rich Food

Stick to diet full of carbohydrate for fighting with shivering. Carbohydrate has properties to calm down your mind and release you inner stress and anxieties out of your brain. You can increase the intake of various foods like pasta, whole wheat grains, potatoes rice etc. You can take vitamin B as option of carbohydrate especially if you have sugar level issues. It will keep you body satisfied and shivering free for healthy leaving. Thus increase your carb consumption to reduce shivering and to maintain the balance of nutrients in your body!

3. Valerian Root Extract

Valerian root is herb that can give you relief from shivering, as it some special healing properties that can give you peaceful sleep and fight against anxiety, aches and pain. It is very easy to prepare valerian Tea. You will need 2-3 cups of water and blended roots of Valerian. Mix it well with water and drink it after 5 minutes, It will give you excellent and noticeable result for sure.

4. Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea is really helpful in body cramps, intake of it can increase your body’s immunity and strength, and it can fight with shivering and reasons causing shivering. Chamomile has beautiful fragrance and it is even used in beauty care products. It is easy to prepare you just have to add warm water on dried chamomile flower and drain it properly after 3 minutes, for taste you can add little honey or lemon. Enjoy!

5. Tea For Fighting With Nervousness

These amazing and surprising ingredients will help you in fighting with nervousness and stress. Betony leaves is an herb used specially for heeling cuts wounds insect bites etc.  While Kava kava root can help you in reducing sleeplessness, tiredness, anxieties etc and lastly dry skullcap. It is a herb with tiny leaves and flowers useful in treatment of insomnia, various body cramps, it works as reliving and soothing agent. Add these three ingredients to hot boiling water. Mix it well and let it get cool for 30 minutes. Strain it in another cup. Enjoy a cup full of health benefits.
