One cup of aqueous cream
Two teaspoons of vitamin E oil

Method Of Preparation

Put the aqueous cream and calendula petals in the inner pan of the double boiler and simmer for 20 minutes. Frequently stir the mixture. Strain the cream and remove the petals. Add vitamin E oil and mix well. Pour the cream in a clean and dry jar and use as needed.

2. Calendula And Chamomile

½ cup almond oil
½ cup olive oil
½ cup cocoa butter
Two tablespoons coconut oil
¼ cup grated beeswax (optional)

Method Of Preparation

Use a double boiler to melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil and mix them with the almond and olive oils. Remove the pan from the heat. Mash the calendula and chamomile flowers and mix them with the oil and cocoa butter mixture. Cover the pan and allow the flowers to soak in the oil for 8 to 12 hours. Over simmering water in a double boiler, heat the mixture. If the cream is too soft, add the beeswax. Strain the mixture and discard the flowers. Leave the mixture aside to set at room temperature.
