5 Warning Signs That Shows Your Body Is Toxic

Share

Toxic waste – Now please do not go ahead and think about a huge ghoulish factory producing tons of toxic barrels and discarding it in the environment. No, we are talking about the toxins that reside in our very own body. It is either made as a byproduct of the food that we eat or in many instances, these get into our systems externally and trust us; there are tons of ways by which toxins can enter our systems. The most common method is by ingestion, where we tend to breathe something harmful or if the air we breathe is loaded with toxins. The other basic type is through the foods that we eat. In most of the cases, processed foods and canned foods have preservatives that are added to increase the shelf life. These, when ingested, can turn toxic when the digestive system works on it. This almost occurs in almost every food that we eat and it is the levels of toxicity that differs vastly.

Last, we also absorb toxins through the skin and its pores. In some instances, the skin care products that we use are also loaded with toxins. In many cases, toxic levels in your body do not give out symptoms that easily. But they can be the root cause of many complications such as asthma, cardiovascular diseases, skin infections and abdominal irregularities. Have a good knowledge about the symptoms your body sends out and give due importance to the toxicity.

We have sorted out a few such symptoms and we hope that you find them useful.

5 Warning Signs That Shows Your Body Is Toxic:

1. Bad Breath:

This is the best part about toxins. Once you have more bad toxins in your digestive system it automatically paves way for bad bacteria to prosper and this directly induces bad breath. Our body consists of a healthy mix of good bacteria and bad bacteria. Once we take up foods that are not good like processed /canned foods we indirectly aid in the spreading of the toxins. This causes our digestive system to produce more harmful bad bacteria that gives out a foul smell in your mouth. The worst part is that the smell is not related to your gums and no matter how good you brush or floss, the smell will not go away. Check out for these symptoms and know the levels.

2. Constipation:

This could be the second most important indication that your body produces more toxins and that it has to be kept in check. The large intestine is in a way responsible for the elimination of waste products from the digestive system. However, when toxin content is large it affects the intestine and as a result, your bowel movements could get hampered. Instead of getting laxated, they turn to solid chunks and in many cases stick to the walls of the intestine putting additional pressure on them. These results in constipation and many instances you would be having trouble getting out the stool discharges. Intake fiber rich foods and have a healthy dose of probiotics to overcome this. Seek medical attention if the signs stay for a long duration.

3. Obesity:

Your body is designed in a way that it can control weight to an extent. This balance could get severely restricted if there are more toxin contents in your body. Weight gain is predominantly done by the presence of hormones and the toxin levels can make these hormones to work out and secrete excess fat. This directly can lead to obesity and you might be experiencing unexpected weight gains even though you are maintaining a strict diet. This also occurs due to your insulin levels in some cases. Obesity can be a real pain and brings a host of ailments along with it. Unexpected weight gain should never be ignored.

4. Headaches:

Toxin over load can affect your central nervous system. This can exert some additional pressure on the brain and can cause them to over respond. This additional pressure is not healthy for your brain cells and may result in headache bouts. Worse- in some cases, it can even lead to migraines. High levels of toxins in the blood can trigger the release of nitric oxide into the nervous system. This can cause migraines too. Never ever overlook such indications and pay heed to these signs. Get medical help if needed. In the long run, these can lead to unmanageable complications to your brain.

5. Excess Sweating:

Purification of the blood happens at the liver’s end and any spike up in the toxins gets transferred to the blood too. This makes the liver work in an overdrive and it puts additional pressure on the liver to purify the toxic blood. As a result, it may lead to excess perspiration and in some cases even ups the body temperature.

The toxins get eliminated by the sweat too and whenever you are over perspiring, it is an indirect way of the body telling you that the system is laden with toxins and it is making an effort to remove it. The exertion or perspiration can occur even while you take rest and while you sleep. Treat these warning symptoms with the attention it deserves.
