Add a tbsp. of cayenne pepper powder, a tbsp. of ginger root powder, a tbsp. of turmeric powder, to a cup of any carrier oil. Make sure that all the ingredients are infused. Strain the ingredients from the oil using a cheese cloth. Use this oil to massage the affected areas. The amazing ingredients used in this oil helps in soothing the inflammation and sore joints. Cayenne And Grape Seed Oil Pain-relieving Cream:

Mix 3tbsp of cayenne pepper powder and a cup of grape seed oil in a bowl. Place it in a double boiler and heat for 5-10 minutes over a medium flame. Stir a half cup of beeswax until it is totally melted and blended with the other ingredients. Chill the mixture in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Whip it well and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Whip it again until you get a creamy mixture. Cayenne salve is an amazing remedy which provides great relief to your joint pains. To prepare this salve, you need to infuse two tbsp. of cayenne pepper powder into a half cup of olive oil. Heat the oil for 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame. After 10 minutes, heat this infusion again. Once this mixture gets infused completely, strain it using cheesecloth. Stir a half ounce of beeswax until it gets melted. Now, stir it in the infused oil until the oil and beeswax get blended together. Store this mixture in the jar and use it as a topical ointment to soothe your sore joints and muscle aches.

Cayenne Coconut Soothing Oil:

This pain-relieving oil can help address your joint pain problems when applied topically. To prepare this pain-relieving oil, add a tbsp. of cayenne pepper powder to a cup of coconut oil. Heat it for 3-5 minutes. Apply it on the aching joints and allow it to react for 10-15 minutes. Follow this remedy regularly to get relieved from the inflammation and pain caused due to the aching joints.

Cayenne Warming Oil:

This is an amazing warming oil recipe which contains cayenne pepper, ginger, and mustard seeds and all these ingredients help provide relief from joint and muscle pains. To prepare this mixture, add one tbsp. of cayenne pepper powder, two tsp. of grated ginger, two tbsp. of mustard seeds (crushed), and 250ml sunflower oil in a glass jar and allow it to infuse for a week. Strain the oil and use it to gently massage over the affected area to get relieved from the joint and muscle pain.
