6 Excellent Natural Remedies For Removing Blackheads And Whiteheads

Whiteheads and blackheads are a very common problem. People especially those have oily skin may suffer from this problem regardless of their age and gender. Whitehead appears when excess sebum and dead cell blocks the pores of the skin and it develops under the skin. On the other hand blackhead appears on the skin when open hair follicles filled up with sebum and dead skin. Because of oxidation the color turns black. Whether it is white or black both make your skin ugly. Nose, chin, cheeks and forehead are blackheads and whiteheads prone area. Rice Powder And Milk

Rice powder is an excellent product to remove white heads and black heads from your face. Grind some rice coarsely. Add some milk in this coarsely ground powder. Apply a thick layer of this paste on your blackheads and whiteheads affected skin. Then massage it gently in a circular motion. This will help to scrub out sebum and dead skin and will cure blackheads and whiteheads. Apply it on every alternate day and soon get a blackheads and whiteheads free skin.

Lentil and Lemon

Take some orange lentil. Soak them in water and grind it to paste. Squeeze one lemon in the paste. Mix well and apply the paste on your skin. Keep it for 10-15 minutes and then rub it gently. It will help to remove dead skin, dirt and excess oil. After that, wash it with plain water. Practice this method at least twice a week and make your skin glowing clearing the whiteheads and blackheads.

Bread Powder and Yogurt

Take some leftover handmade wheat bread. Place them in micro oven for some time to make them crispy. Grind them and preserve them in a clean bottle. Everyday take a tablespoon of bread powder in a bowl. Mix little amount of sour curd with it and apply it on your whole face. Massage gently. Regular application of bread powder not only will cure blackheads and whiteheads, it will also make your skin glowing.

Potato Paste

Take one potato. Peel it and then grind it to paste. Apply potato paste on your blackheads and white heads affected skin. Wait for half an hour and then wash with cold water. You can apply potato paste daily on your face. It not only clears blackheads and whiteheads, it also clears sunburn and other blemishes.

Taking Steam

Taking steam is good for blackheads and whiteheads. But, before taking steam be sure that your face is clean enough. So, better wash your face with face wash before taking steam. Now take a bowl of boiling water and add 5-6 fresh neem leaves in it. Neem has antiseptic property. Now place your face on the water and take steam for 10-15 minutes. Hot steam will help to open pores of the skin. Automatically the dirt, sebum and dead skin accumulated in the hair follicle will come out. Now with a towel or soft cloth just rub your skin gently and wipe it dry. Practice this method thrice a week and soon get rid of black heads and whiteheads.

Fenugreek Seeds and Mint Leaves

In a grinder add a tablespoon fenugreek seeds and some fresh mint leaves. Grind them to paste and apply the paste on blackheads and whiteheads. Both fenugreek seeds and mint leaves contain antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial properties. Regular application of this paste will help you to get rid of whiteheads and blackheads problem very soon.
