Quit Smoking

Moreover, smoking increases risk of cardiovascular diseases that impair blood circulation to the brain. To prevent Alzheimer’s disease, avoid tobacco smoking. Even second-hand smoking can harm your brain cells.

Avoid Trans Fats And Saturated Fats

A low-fat diet can protect you from Alzheimer’s disease. Trans fats present in vegetable oil, margarine and hydrogenated oil are especially harmful for your health.
