You can crush the coneflower into powder and add it to your tea or drink. Essential oil extracted from this herb can also be used to massage the head and get relief from head congestion.


Cat’s Claw

This herb which is native to South America is a good remedy for head congestion. As this herb has the ability to destroy bacterial and viral infections, it is very effective in dispelling the infection underlying the head congestion.
