Stay away from too many salty and fried foods like chips or any types of fry. Salt enhances pressure of the blood. Add little amount of salt while cooking and please do not add extra salt on your food. Practice eating low salt food and it will help to reduce blood pressure.

Eat low carbohydrate, low fat and low protein diet. All these products enhance blood pressure. Lower the amount of rice and bread.
