High blood pressure is one of the latest health problems of the modern world. Nearly one third adult of world population is suffering from this problem. Stressful life, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, protein and fat rich diet, lack of exercise, and heredity. Whatever may be the cause, one should take proper care to keep his or her blood pressure under control otherwise it may create critical health problems like heart attack, kidney disease, cerebral attack, vision problem, etc. You may get medicines over the control to control high blood pressure. But it is always nice to go natural because there is no side effect. This article will give you a few tips to control high blood pressure naturally.

7 Natural Remedy For High Blood Pressure

Coriander:

Coriander is very effective that helps to reduce blood pressure. Soak a tablespoon coriander seeds in a cup of water overnight. Strain the water the next day and drink it. Regular drinking of coriander seed water reduces blood pressure. Fresh coriander leaf juice also works effectively in this matter. Grind some fresh coriander leaves and extract the juice. Take a tablespoon of coriander juice daily to keep your body cool and to keep blood pressure under control.

Basil Tea:

Basil tea is an excellent natural product that helps to cure blood pressure problem. Boil cup water and add a few fresh basil leaves in it. Cover it for five minutes and then drink the water. It helps a lot to treat high blood pressure.

Green Tea:

Drink green tea liquor daily at an empty stomach. Research has shown that it works well to reduce blood pressure. Boil a cup of water and add a pinch of tea leaves in it. Cover it and drink it after 10-15 minutes. Drink it twice or thrice daily to reduce not only blood pressure, but also the excess fat of your body.

Black Coffee With Cinnamon:

It has been observed that both black coffee and cinnamon help to reduce high blood pressure. Boil water and add a stick of cinnamon in the water. Boil for at least five minutes. Add coffee powder in it. Stir well. Drink this cinnamon rich coffee twice daily. Please do not add sugar or milk in it. This cinnamon rich black coffee will help you to cure high blood pressure.

Aloevera Juice:

Cut 2-3 fresh aloevera tube and wash well. Cut them in small pieces and boil them in 3-4 cups of water. Boil on low flame till the water decreases to half of the actual water. Let it cool and preserve it in the refrigerator. Drink ½ cup of this aloevera juice daily in the morning. It helps a lot to lower the level of your blood pressure.

Avoid Salty Food:

Stay away from too many salty and fried foods like chips or any types of fry. Salt enhances pressure of the blood. Add little amount of salt while cooking and please do not add extra salt on your food. Practice eating low salt food and it will help to reduce blood pressure.

Ideal Diet:

Eat low carbohydrate, low fat and low protein diet. All these products enhance blood pressure. Lower the amount of rice and bread. Eat mainly boiled food and add very little oil in cooking if you need it really. Stop eating protein at least three days in the week. Increase intake of fresh fruits and vegetables to your daily diet. Follow this strict diet and soon bring high blood pressure under control.

Practice all these methods along with 30- 40 minutes brisk walking daily. You will soon get rid of high blood pressure.
