Honey
Honey has anti-septic, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It soothes and reduces scars and irritation of dermatitis. Take raw honey, beeswax and olive oil al in equal amount. Make the mixture ointment by heating it in double-boiler. Apply the ointment on skin and leave it on for several hours. If needed, wipe the skin smooth with cotton dampened in warm water. Repeat the same remedy for weeks to get a good effect on your skin
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil has anti-microbial and moisturizing properties. Applying coconut oil helps in cooling itchiness and thus reduces pain of dermatitis. The application of warm coconut oil reduces redness, scaling, dryness and also softens the skin. For best result use virgin coconut oil daily before going to bed. Salt and Magnesium spray here we dry the wet/oozing dermatitis. In one cup of distilled or thoroughly pre-boiled water ass one teaspoon of sea salt and a pinch of Magnesium flakes. Apply it to affected skin by using a cotton pad.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory properties and suitable for all types of skin. In a bit warm bath water add one cup of fine powdered oatmeal and soak in the bath water for about twenty to thirty minutes for best results. Repeat the remedy continue for one month.
Wear Non-irritating Clothing
Always wear loose clothing and stay away from things produced using scratchy, itchy fabrics for example wool. Smooth-textured clothing produced using silk, bamboo and cotton are the slightest irritating to the skin. Also, be careful about your washing cleanser. Aloe Vera

Vitamin E
Vitamin E plays a vital role in the cure of dermatitis and in relief from itching and inflammation. Apply vitamin E oil on skin during sleeping hours. Eat vitamin E rich foods such as sunflower seeds, wheat germ oil, peanut butter, fermented cod liver oil and et cetera.
