Share

As we grow old our skin loses its elasticity and wrinkles appear. Collagen present in the skin maintains the elasticity and firmness of the skin. But with age our skin starts to stop collagen production. Appearing wrinkle is a natural process which we cannot just stop. But the problem is that free radicals and uv rays of the sun speed up the process which snatch up your beauty of your face before you reach the old age actually. Face is the most wrinkle prone area. However, there is no need to get panicky. There are some natural remedies which will help you to get rid of wrinkles.

Drink Adequate Water

The easiest natural remedy of removing wrinkle is of course drinking plain water in good amount daily. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of plain water daily to keep your skin hydrated. Dehydrated skin wrinkles early. Moreover, water also helps to remove toxins from your body through urine and thus save your skin from free radicals.

Milk and Corn Starch

Milk is an excellent product for skin. It nourishes, moisturizes and hydrates your skin. Soap makes your skin dry however mild and costly it may be. Instead of soap use milk and corn starch to remove dirt and oil from your skin. Mix milk and cornstarch in a bowl to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your skin. Wait for 10-15 minutes so that dirt of your skin gets soft. Then rub gently and wash with plain water.

Chickpea and Yogurt

Mix chickpea powder and yogurt in a bowl to smooth paste. Apply the paste on your skin. Wait half an hour and then wash with normal water. It helps to remove dirt and excess oil from your skin without making your skin dry. Moreover, yogurt also helps to remove sunburn without making any harm to your skin.

Olive Oil and Almond Oil

A regular oil massage is necessary in order to maintain the elasticity of the skin. In a bowl mix almond oil and olive oil, in an equal ratio. Then massage an ample amount of oil on your skin. Give special attention to skins around your eyes because this skin is the softest part of the body and wrinkle come first in these areas. After massaging this oil on your whole body do not wash it immediately. Leave it as long as possible. So it is better to massage this oil at night before going to sleep. After that, wash with plain water. You may gently rub a soft cloth to remove excess oil from your body. Both oils contain a good amount of vitamin E which improves the texture of the skin and helps your skin to regain elasticity. Use it daily.

Ripe Papaya

Ripe papaya contains antioxidants and it is excellent for the skin. Regular use of ripe papaya keeps wrinkling at bay and makes your skin look young. It is easy to use. Take some pieces of ripe papaya and in a grinder grind it to make it a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your skin. Wait an hour and then wash with plain water.

Coconut Oil

Massage ample amount of coconut oil on your skin daily. Coconut oil contains a fair amount of saturated fat, vitamins, minerals and water. Regular massage of coconut oil helps to make your skin soft and firm. Thus, it saves your skin from wrinkling. Before starting the massage, make oil slightly warm because the skin absorbs warm oil well. After massaging, wait for an hour and take bath. Use a soft cloth to remove excess oil. If you do not like the smell of coconut oil then add a few drops of your favorite cologne in the oil. Regular coconut oil massage makes your skin glowing and wrinkle free. You will feel the difference soon.

Add Fresh Fruits and Vegetables To Your Daily Diet

Eat fresh and juicy fruits and vegetables in a good amount. Citrus fruits like lemon, lime, oranges, pineapple and watermelon are excellent for the skin. They not only supply your skin water, along with it they supply different types of minerals and vitamins especially vitamin C which keeps your skin youthful. Vegetables like tomato, cucumber, carrots, pumpkins, etc. contain antioxidants which help to keep your skin well.

Ideal Temperature of Bathing Water

Extreme hot or extreme cold water is not good for your skin. They may just do your skin dry and wrinkled. So take care of your bathing water. Before taking a bath just check the temperature of the water.

Follow these tips and soon get a wrinkle free soft and supple youthful skin.
