Children are prone to several skin infections, One of the most common one being Impetigo. It is a disorder that spreads easily amongst toddlers and very small children causing blisters and rashes on the skin. Impetigo is caused by Staphylococcus aureus bacteria and is transmitted to others by the liquid that emits from the affected area.
The appearance of impetigo is initially a red patch that is also cracked mostly on the face and the limbs. It gradually transforms into blisters that are full of fluid. This disease is a carryover of main infections like eczema or when a cut or insect bite gets infected.
Though it looks very severe and spreads easily, it can be easily cured as well. Mothers who are sceptical of going to paediatrician can always turn to herbal remedies as they are very reliable and safe for children. Some of them are listed below
