Ginko Biloba

Ginko biloba is used for improvement of blood supply to body as well as to the brain. This removes the symptoms of lightheaded ness and nausea. It is a popular herb of Europe. Virtigo patients derive immense benefit after using this herb. It is available in most health stores.


Celery Seeds

Celery has been in use as a seasoning herb and for losing excess weight. The Chinese system of medicine uses the seeds of this plant to improve bodily functions. The enzymes present in celery seeds correct the imbalances of body organs.

You may soak celery seeds at night and take them with a glass of water in the morning.


Cucurbita Pepo

The seeds of pumpkin have the properties of reducing vertigo. This nutty seed is used in India as a health tonic, more specifically as a brain tonic. It helps add to the enhanced memory and focus. The seeds are soaked, ground into a paste and cooked in milk. This can be taken at night every day for general health.

They can be eaten raw with warm water twice a day. Use a tbsp of these seeds at one go. Alternatively its butter is also available and used for relief from dizziness.


Ginger

Ginger is a calming herb, useful to control dizziness. You can take an infusion of ginger. Grate a tsp of ginger and boil it with two glasses on water.

Add honey for taste and divide it into four doses, take them during the day. Ginger taken in moderation is good, but can result in heartburn if consumed in larger amounts.


Skullcap

Skullcap has been used traditionally to reduce the symptoms of anxiety. It is used for Ayurvedic treatment of giddiness, dizzy feeling and many other conditions related to control the conditions resulting from imbalance in nervous system.

It relaxes the muscles and improves the quality of sleep.
