Chaste tree berries should be taken in ¼ to ¾ teaspoon, one to three times daily.

Burdock leaf, also known as Gobo root tea is known for its effectiveness in solving issues related to digestion and liver. Burdock roots are bitter and stimulate digestive secretions thereby helping digestion.

Tea Tree Oil

This is one of the best eco-friendly skincare treatments. Tea tree oil contains natural lipids called terpenoids, which is antiseptic and antifungal in nature. Its antimicrobial property helps clear the skin.

Tea tree oil is a very effective anti-acne agent with very less side effects. It can be directly applied on the affected part of the skin, twice a day. It can be used in full strength or can be diluted with water.
