Tomato Juice and Lemon Juice
Tomato has many anti bacterial properties. It is rich in anti oxidants that help in bringing back the glow in your face. Lemon we all know has been an age old treatment for reducing sun burn or tan. So you can make face pack by mashing fresh tomatoes and adding a few drops of lemon to it.
Apply this pack all over your face and keep for about 25 minutes. Wash with normal water and repeat this every alternate day for best results.
Sandalwood Paste with Multani Mitti
Sandal wood is known for many properties. It is an all time favorite for having a clear skin. You can make face pack consisting of sandalwood powder, fuller’s earth or “multani mitti” and rose water. Add honey if you have dry skin. You can add turmeric powder for enhancing the results. A face pack of turmeric and sandalwood paste will help in rejuvenating your dry, parched skin.
Egg White Face Pack
You can use the white of an egg and make face pack out of it by adding honey, milk and olive. It will help in moisturization of your skin.
Papaya Face Pack
Papaya has many anti microbial properties. It helps in preventing zits and brown spots. Prepare a face pack by taking ¼ cup of cocoa, 2 teaspoons of cream, ¼ cup ripe papaya, ¼ cup honey and 2 teaspoons of oatmeal powder. You need to make face pack out of these and apply on your skin for twenty minutes. Wash off using warm water and pat dry.
Face Pack for Scrubbing
Scrubbing is an important part to have a clear skin as it will help in removing the dead cells, black heads and white heads. You can make paste of granulated walnuts and apply on your skin. Let it dry completely. Then damp it a little and scrub it all over your face gently in round circular motion. It will leave your skin feeling fresh, clean and soft. You can also apply a face pack made of lentils powder, flour or gram flour commonly known as besan. This is very effective in reducing brown spots.
Face Packs for Oily Skin
Oily skin is prone to break outs. So you need to avoid those substances that are oily. Neem works wonder for oily skin. You can make a face pack using the leaves of neem and apply on your skin. This will reduce the inflammation and prevent it from coming back. You can chew fresh neem leaves too.
