Apple

Apples are very good for the intestine and helps you feel better. Eat a full apple in a day it will be very beneficial. You can also opt for baked apple or apple sauce will also be equally helpful.


Electrolytes

It is recommended to consume electrolyte drinks as they will help in compensating the mineral loss from the body.

Electrolytes will provide you an instant energy and makes feel better. These drink are available in medical stores with different flavors.


Caraway Tea

Caraway tea is very helpful in case of stomach infections. Add a spoon of caraway seeds in a cup of boiling water and cover it for 10 minutes. Add half spoon of honey in this tea and drink. This is the best home remedy for stomach infections. Drink a cup of this tea three times a day.


Rehydration Solution

During stomach infections, it is recommended to re-hydrate your body frequently.You can prepare a re-hydration solution at home by adding eight spoons of sugar in four cups of distilled water.

Add a spoon of salt in it. It is advisable to drink this solution after every hour.


Yogurt

Yogurt is a source of good bacteria, which helps remove bad bacteria from the body. Eat a cup of yogurt in a day will provide relief from stomach inflammation and will soothe you. You can add honey or black pepper in yogurt to change the taste.


Peaches

Peaches contain a good sugar content, which helps in providing relief during stomach infections. A can of peaches provide instant relief from stomach ache and also provides energy.


Rice water

It is recommended giving rice water to the patient as it will re-hydrate the body and is also good for the health. Boil a cup of rice in three cups of water until rice becomes soft. Pour out the water and add little honey and cinnamon powder. This is very effective home remedy.


Garlic

Garlic is very good for our intestine and prevents bacterial flora too. It is advised to drink garlic soup or you can add garlic cloves to the food. This will help a lot and also protects from further infections.


Lemon juice

Lemon are very soothing in case of stomach infections. Take a glass of water and squeeze one lemon juice in it. Add a spoon of sugar and little black pepper. Drink this mixture three times a day to get faster relief.


Soda

Drinking soda will provide relief from stomach inflammation. Drink a glass of soda two times a day. You can add a spoon of honey in it or you can add a pinch of salt and black pepper, depending on your taste. This will provide relief very soon and also good for digestion.


Mint

Mint is very good for digestion and also provide relief from stomach ache. Take some mint leaves and boil them in a glass of water for about five minutes. Cool down this mixture and drink three times a day.
