So you need to ensure that you take adequate quantities to vitamin C rich food. This can be in the form of vitamin C enriched fruits such as oranges, lemon, gooseberries etc. You can also eat raw tomatoes to get rid of mouth ulcers.
Chew Pieces of Basil Leaves
You can chew a few pieces of fresh basil leaves with warm water to get rid of mouth ulcers. Mouth ulcers can lead to bad breath problem. You can prepare this by adding 1 cup fenugreek leaves to 2 cups of boiling water.
After boiling you need to remove it. Cover it with a cloth and keep for some time. Take out the liquid extract and gargle with it 2-3 times a day. Similarly you can heat 1 tsp of coriander seeds in a cup of water. Let it boil for a few minutes till slightly warm. Extract it and gargle. You need to do this 3-4 times in a day. You can also use sodium bicarbonate as gargle by mixing sodium bicarbonate with water. Use this to gargle your mouth as often as you can.
