Eczema is a long-term skin disorder that can cause horrible scratching on skin. Skin become itchy and scaly and it becomes painful and uncomfortable condition.

Eczema can happen to the infants and adults. It is important to cure it with some home remedies as they don’t have any side-effects. Eczema do not go in one run, it will take a long time to cure. So it is better to induce home remedies in regular use.

Coco Butter

Coco butter is very soothing to the skin and provide relief from eczema. Take some coco butter and apply on the affected area every night. Repeat it until eczema clears out. After that, slowly reduce the usage of coco butter. It can be easily available at medical stores and it has the property that prevents itching.


White Vinegar

If you have eczema on hands and legs, then white vinegar is very helpful. Take cotton swabs dipped in white vinegar and apply it on the affected area for about 20 minutes.

Do this 2-3 times a day. This will provide relief from itching and helps provide relief from eczema. Regular use of white vinegar will clear out the infection and make your skin healthy and glowing.


Oatmeal Bath

Oatmeal bath is very soothing and helps reducing redness from the skin. Put a cup of grounded oatmeal in your bath tub and add few drops of baby oil and chamomile oil in water. Soak yourself in this for about 15 minutes every day.

This will surely provide relief from eczema pain and also helps reducing itching. Oats are good to eat and also very good for the skin.


Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera gel helps you provide eczema free skin and reduce redness and itching as well. Take some Aloe Vera gel and blend it with one spoon of coconut oil and vegetable glycerine.

Apply this on your affected skin thrice a day. This will reduce itching and infection as well. You can use fresh aloe or ready-made aloe juice from medical stores.


Cold Bath

Eczema and itching can grow up with hot water. Make sure that your bathing water should be cold or little warm. It should not be hot at all as your skin can start itching and become red. After having bath, apply some oil on your skin to stay moisturized. In eczema it is important that your skin should not be dry, so apply a good moisturizer as many times as you can.

Almond Oil

Almond oil is very good for our skin and it helps remove dry skin very fast. Apply almond oil once a day to moisturize your skin. This will also make your skin glow and healthy.

Just apply oil on your skin, do not massage it. After applying oil, you can take a bath, it will remove excess oil from your body and provide relief from eczema pain.

It is important to stay hydrated to flush out toxins from the body. Drink about eight glasses of water every day, this will clear colon and make you digestive system good. Drinking a lot of water will also make skin good and provide relief from eczema.
