Endometriosis is a painful condition in which the endometrial tissue that is present inside the uterus starts growing outside it. Flax Seeds
Take four teaspoons of flax seeds and soak them in a cup of water all night. Strain the mixture and drink the water the next day morning. This helps in treating endometriosis. Flax seeds contain lignans and fiber in large amounts that are beneficial for problems related to estrogen. It helps in fast healing of endometriosis and gives relief from pain.
Special Concoction
Take 1 carrot, half cup of wheatgrass (if available), one small sliced ginger, half cup fresh coriander leaves, quarter pineapple (medium sized), one orange (peeled), some spinach leaves and quarter cup of parsley; then grind them together adding required quantity of water.
