Gingko

Gingko herb is very good for increasing the blood circulation of the scalp. You can take this herb in the form of supplements available as capsules and extract. The recommended dosage is 40 to 80 mg thrice a day. Ginkgo antioxidant property helps in the stabilization of the structure of the brain and nerve cells and prevent them from the attack of the oxidative from the free radicals.


Saw Palmetto

Saw palmetto herb helps to prevent the loss of hair and helps in the renew of hair growth cells. This herb inhibits the growth of dihydotestosterone which is an enzyme responsible for the baldness in males.

When this enzyme will not grow them to some extent the baldness will not occur. You can use this herb in the form of shampoos, conditioner, extract and can massage with the oils containing saw palmetto. The extract of saw palmetto can be mixed with organic shampoo to prevent further hair loss.
