Ginger

A half an inch of ginger is chopped in a quarter of boiled water, once three cloves of garlic is added it should be removed from the heat instantly. The potion is to be sipped in two parts at an interval of three to four hours.


Agastache rugosa

This herb is actually the Korean mint and is very commonly used by the Chinese. It is considered as a “warming” herb, that helps in curing poor digestion and lowered energy.

The leaves are used in the preparations of tea that contains anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory and other allergy fighting properties. These properties in perilla boost the immunity thus aiding in the quick recovery from ailments such as food poisoning, diarrhoea, etc.


Thyme

One of the fines herbs, thyme are a well-known cure for loses motion and indigestion. One teaspoon of thyme mixed in a cup of water with a tablespoon of honey is required to ward off problems like loose motions etc.
