The presence of GAGs makes it very effective in eliminating incontinence.
Considered to be one of the most effective incontinence treatment herbs, chamomile is botanically called the Chamomilla recutita. The herb is known to increase blood circulation in the urinary tract that helps in treatment of incontinence. For daily use, one can steep dried chamomile herbs into lukewarm bathwater and use this to get relief from health problems such as incontinence.
