Chamomile oil compress or chamomile tea compress can be used to reduce the redness to a great extent. Put few spoons of chamomile oil in a bowl and allow it to cool in a refrigerator.
Soak a piece of cloth into it and cover your nose and other affected red areas with that cloth for about 20 minutes. You can also take the used up chamomile flowers (left after making tea) and tie them in a cloth. Refrigerate it and apply it as a compress.
