Spearmint

Spearmint is a very important herb since ages and is known for having antiseptic properties. The oil extract of spearmint leaf has the ability of not only cleaning but also healing the lips.

It is also known to heal to wasp stings; dog bites, mouth sores, whiten teeth, heal dog bites, and cure stomach aches as well.


Rosemary

Rosemary leaf extracts and the tip of these flowers, when distilled gives rosemary oil that also has essential oils such as cineol, borneol, camphene etc, and is famous acting as any anti-inflammatory astringent . However the use of this oil on the lips should be administered after referring a dermatologist.

Rosemary herb when converted into a lip balm or oil, act as an anti-oxidant thereby bringing a lot of life and freshness to the lips. Lavender

Black Tea

Black tea provides moisture to the lips and lets it retain its softness and fullness. A bag of black tea that is used can be pressed on the lips for about 3 minutes and extra drippings can be wiped off. The tea has to linger on the lips before washing it with warm water. This will bring shining and softness to the lips as it will remove the dead cells from the skin.


Aloe Vera

This herb is beneficial in bring back the rubiness of the lips by providing it with moisture. Its natural extract can be directly applied to the lips.

It removes the sun damage to the lips by soothing the burnt lips that is caused by exposure to the sun. Aloe Vera’s flesh is directly rubbed over the lips to provide moisturization and exfoliation.
