Green Tea

Green tea contains very healthy components that are useful for heart. It can be taken in the form of tea thrice a day or a capsule of 250 to 500 mg can also be taken regularly.


Goldenseal

The herb Goldenseal has antibiotic properties. This herb when taken in the form of extract or as a tea is very good for the treatment of Lyme disease. It is not advised for the person who has allergic reactions to ragweed .


Ginkgo

Gingko herb helps to protect the neurological tissue from the extinguishes of the Lyme disease. The antioxidant properties of the gingko herb also repair the damaged cell of the body.

This herb is available for use in the form of capsules of 40 to 80 mg which can be taken safely thrice a day.


Cat’s Claw

Cat’s claw herb has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and these properties are very useful to the intestinal tract and it helps to eliminate body wastes and toxins from the body. You can take this herb in the form of extract or capsule.


Olive Leaf

The immune system of our body gets the necessary strength and support from the use of olive leaf.

This herb can be taken in the form of oil or capsules of 200 to 500 mg. This is one of the best and safe herbs for the treatment of Lyme disease.


Garlic

Garlic acts as a disinfectant for the blood and intestinal tract of the body. It contains allicin which gives strength to the immune system of the body. You can take garlic in raw or capsule form. It can also be added as a flavoring agent in your daily cooking. However garlic is not recommended for people taking anticoagulants or suffering from any type of bleeding disorder.


Red Clover

Red clover contains lots of essential vitamins , minerals and active medical compounds like isoflavones. These components of this herb make it useful for the treatment of Lyme disease.

The tea made from red clover is very useful and honey can be added into it to add sweetness. It can also be taken in the form of extract or capsule. It is not recommended for pregnant and nursing mothers and high dosage of this herb should be avoided.
