Jet lag is medically known as desynchronosis and can be categorized as physiological condition which results from body’s rhythmic changes due to travelling on an aircraft. Initially it was termed as “circadian rhythm sleep disorders”. Jet lag condition can last for several days until the person gets habituated to the new time zone. This is a very effective herb to treat jet lag and can be given to both kids and elderly people. Take few dried chamomile flowers. Also, take a cup of water and bring it to boil. Add the flowers and steep for few minutes.
