Green Gram Is An Effective Remedy

It is one of the best and effective home remedy for curing appendix pain. Consume 1 tablespoon of green gram three time in a day.

It is very much effective when the dosage is consumed properly and thrice in a day. Green gram is easily available and very much beneficial.


Cucumber, Beet And Carrot Are The Best Remedies

We need 100ml of cucumber juice, 100ml of beet juice and 300ml of carrot juice. Mix all the juice together and consume this solution twice in a day for few weeks. If this solution is consumed daily than it will also help in skin glow. Cucumber juice is very much effective for skin glow and keeps the stomach cool. Beet and carrot juice are best for proper circulation and for skin glow too.


Garlic Is An Antibiotic

Garlic is an antibiotic. It helps in reducing the pain and controls high blood pressure. It is very much useful and very common home remedy. Consume garlic as much as you can.

You can also put small pieces of garlic into your foods, salads and soups that you are consuming. It also help in curing swollen appendix. Many people consume raw garlic in the morning in empty stomach for curing stomach gas.


Drink Water

Try to drink plenty of water daily. Drink 7 to 8 glasses of water daily. It will keep the appendix healthy. You can also wrap a wet sheet and a dry flannel cloth on the affective area.

Wet the sheet with a normal water. This remedy will give you relief from the pain. Drinking proper amount of water also keeps the body balanced.


Ginger Effects

Make a mixture with ginger and turmeric powder. Consume once in a day for few weeks. It helps in reducing appendix pain. It is an easy and quick home remedy.

It will also reduce inflammation. Ginger also reduce cough and cold. Turmeric is good and best for reducing any kind of pain. Many people drink milk by adding little turmeric powder to reduce pain from the body.


Mint Gives Relief

Mint gives relief from appendix pain. In every 3 to 4 hours drink mint water. Add 2 to 3 drops of mint essence in a glass of the water.
