Cucumber

Fresh cucumber is known to cure stomach problems and when suffering from bladder infection; one can extract juice and drink it on a daily basis.

If the infection is acute then mix it with honey and lime juice and it will flush out the infection-causing bacteria from the system.


Spinach

Make fresh spinach juice and mix it with coconut water. This can treat bladder infection with the high level of nitrates and potassium the spinach contains.


Cranberry

Though one can find cranberry supplements in the market, for bladder infection one must resort to cranberry juice.

If consumed on a daily basis, the juice helps in flushing out the bacteria within a short span of time.


Radish Leaves

Another juice option is freshly extracted juice from the radish leaf. The patient must drink this on a daily basis till the symptoms start fading.


Hot Water

Sandalwood Oil

Bladder infected patients can also use sandalwood oil on the infected area. One can also use a few drops of it in their food to treat the infection.


Tea Tree Oil Soap

Change your bathing soap; opt for tea tree oil soap that gets rid of the bacteria effectively. During the infection, avoid using any scented soap or lotion as it can lead to rashes and make matters worse for you.


Vitamin C

To treat the infection, one must try and clarify the system. One good way to do so is to consume vitamin C supplements and pills.

Consuming these on a daily basis can prevent such infections by making the immune system stronger.


Goldenseal

This is highly recommended by doctors because it contains high amounts of antibiotic properties. But it can cause side effects and must not be taken by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
