Everyone knows that exercise is important for physical fitness, but not many know that it improves mental health as well. While you exercise, your body produces chemicals called endorphins. Endorphins stand for Endogenous Morphines which work as neurotransmitters and create a sense of well-being. Exercising thus helps in feeling good rendering positive feelings.

If you are usually unhappy and nothing pleases you easily, then make a routine to exercise daily for around half an hour. Exercise the way you like! You can try swimming, dancing, cycling, jogging, walking, yoga, playing any outdoor game or anything you prefer.

Caffeine interferes with production of the chemical leading to depression. This does not mean that you should not have coffee at all. Having it in limit is not a problem. But those who are already depression patients should not stake their lives with coffee. If you suffer from depression, Do Not have any caffeinated product.
