There may be various reasons behind it – skin problem, heredity, chronic illness, tension and anxiety, etc. Excessive sweating problem should be treated with great care to remain fit and this article will give you few tips to treat it naturally.


How To Cure Excessive Sweating

Drink Adequate Water

The first thing that you have to do is to drink adequate water means 8-10 glasses of water everyday if you sweat excessively. Excessive sweating removes a great amount of water from our body.

If you do not supply it from out side it will make your body dehydrated and hamper the function of other organs too. So supply enough water throughout the day when you have excessive seating problem.


Eat Fresh Fruits And Vegetables

Through excessive sweating we loose a great amount of salt and sugar from our body too and become inactive. To keep your body active and energetic, you must consume glucose and salt in right amount. Fresh fruits and vegetables are good source of glucose, salt and minerals.

Green coconut water, lemon or lime, orange, pineapple, etc. are very juicy fruits that supply a great amount of salt, glucose and minerals for your body. Drink fresh fruits and vegetable juices and soups to get enough fluid. Persons who sweat too much may do one easiest thing to keep them fit.

Take a glass of cold water. Add a teaspoon sugar and pinch of salt in it. Mix everything and drink the water. Drink this water at least twice and thrice daily. This drink will make you refreshed and save you from getting dehydrated from excessive sweating.


Bathe In Cool Water

Bathe in cool water twice or thrice daily. It will make your body cool and control sweating. Add camphor in your bath water. Regular bathing in camphor water helps to reduce sweating.


Massage Lemon Water

Squeeze one lemon and mix water with it to dilute this natural acid. Then massage this lemon water on your whole body and wait for an hour. It will be better if you can leave it for overnight. This lemon water helps to control the secretion of overactive sweat gland. Use this method everyday. It will help to reduce your sweating.


Sandalwood Powder

Sandalwood powder is an excellent product and helps to make our skin dry and thus reduce excessive sweating. Take 2-3 tablespoons sandalwood powder. Use rose water to make light paste. Take a bath and wipe your skin completely dry.

Apply sandalwood paste allover your body and leave it to get dry. Then wear your clothes. Sandalwood powder has an excellent fragrance and the dry powdery effect of sandalwood powder keeps your body sweat free. Use it everyday to control sweating.


Cucumber And Mint Juice

Cucumber juice and mint juice is excellent that cures the problem of excessive sweating very effectively. Grate one cucumber and extract the juice. Crush few mint leaves and extract the juice. Mint juice has cooling effect and it gives your skin a soothing feeling especially in the summer.

Mix cucumber juice and mint juice and mix it in refrigerator. After taking bath, apply that on your body. Keep it for 5-10 minutes and then wash with plain water. You can make another thing.

Make ice cubes with this juice and rub the ice cube allover your body and give special attention on sweat prone areas – forehead, armpits, neck, etc. Regular use of this cucumber and mint juice helps to cure excessive sweating.


Aloe Vera

Cut one aloevera tube into small pieces and preserve them in refrigerator. Take one or two small pieces and slit them. Rub them all over your body at least 30 minutes before going to bath. Aloevera makes our body cool and reduce sweating. Use aloevera on your skin everyday and get rid of excessive sweating soon.


Wear Cotton Cloth

Wear cotton cloth or garments made with natural fiber. This natural fiber allows air circulation inside our body and keeps our body cool. Thus, it controls the excessive secretion of sweating glands.


Use Talcum Powder

Sprinkle talcum powder before wearing your garments. Talcum powder keeps your body cool. These are few natural remedies that may cure your excessive sweating problem. Apply them according to the direction and get the benefit very soon.
