An individual should consume enough liquids like fresh fruit juices or vegetable juices to cleanse the system and to boost the immunity system.

The fruits along with fiber should be consumed in an interval of five hours since fiber holds proteins and the intake of milk and fruits should be included in every meal since it is highly effective.


Garlic the Medicament

Chewing of raw garlic during appendicitis helps in reduction of swelling due to its properties of reducing inflammations and even heals faster because it helps in killing germs and other bacteria and viruses.


Seeds of a Herbaceous Plant and Buttermilk

Single teaspoon of fenugreek seeds should be first boiled in a liter of water and then sieved.

This should be sipped when warm and naturally cures the disease. If the buttermilk is taken in for a fortnight period then it is highly beneficial for severe appendicitis.

The hot spice commonly known as ginger helps to cure vomiting of an individual. A residue of ginger along with a tweak of salt should be consumed or raw slices should be consumed along with meals.
