7 Natural Remedies For Back Acne

Tea Tree Oil

Back acne can be cured with the application of tea tree oil on the affected area.Tea tree oil can be applied 2 times in a day. It is essential to dilute tea tree oil with water. An individual should not apply tea tree oil if it results in skin irritation.

Lemon Juice

An individual can directly apply lemon juice on back acne lesions and remove it with warm water after a period of 10 minutes. It is interesting to note that lemon helps in removing dead skin cells and clogged skin pores.Lemon juice should be applied atleast 2 times on a daily basis to obtain relief from the symptoms. Lemon juice can also help in the treatment of back acne scars.

Baking Soda

Another effective natural cure is baking soda. Baking soda can be mixed with water and directly applied on the skin. An individual can apply this paste multiple times in a week to treat the problem.

Tomato

Application of tomato juice on the skin can help in the removal of acne scars. An individual is required to rub a slice of fresh tomato on the affected areas. This juice should be removed with warm water after 20 minutes.Another option is to apply mashed tomatoes. Regular use of this natural cure can help in reducing the occurrence of back acne.

Oatmeal

The problem of back acne can be treated with the use of oatmeal. Oatmeal can help in removing excess oil and dirt from the body. Therefore, its application can help in controlling the problem of back acne.An individual is required to cook oatmeal (1 cup) and mix it with water. Honey should also be added to this mixture after it has cooled down. This mixture should be applied and removed after a period of 20 minutes with cold water. A towel can be used to dry the affected area.

Aloe Vera Gel

It is interesting to note that the application of aloe vera gel can help in curing the inflammation caused by the problem of back acne. An individual should use this natural remedy on a daily basis.

Vitamin A and Vitamin D

Deficiency of vitamin A can cause back acne.An individual can consume dairy products or items containing fish oil to obtain vitamin A. It is interesting to note that vitamin D can enhance the effects of vitamin A.Cod liver oil can be consumed to obtain both vitamin A and vitamin D.
