The leaves should be boiled and then sieved in order to be sipped. The strained water is very helpful in treating various kinds of diseases and is an effective remedy for periods.


Abstain From Worries And Stress

Since menstruation cycle is an important activity which takes place in a female’s body, to have a regularized bleeding a female should keep away from worries and stress.

When a female is under a worry or stress the periods get delayed due to the change in balance of hormones. The stress makes the glands produce hormones related to stress which directly influence the sexual hormones which in turn links up with the monthly cycle.

Fruits and vegetables if taken properly mends delayed periods and shortage of proteins, vitamins and other minerals causes delay in periods. Before the menstruation cycle if a glass of a sugarcane juice is taken it helps in regularizing periods.

Juice of lemon with cinnamon and consumption of raw unripe papaya is also very effective and beneficial. The menstruation cycle of a female can get steady by taking in a drink of grape juice each day on a repetitive basis. Black grapes do wonders in this case and eating raw grapes as well is quite essential and effective. Since overeating of anything is bad so an excess of grapes might cause an individual diarrhea.

The honey along with ginger always does wonders and works as a medicine for all. Ginger when eaten works as a spice and helps a female to get periods faster and honey acts as a soothener. Both together help a female overcome delay in periods.


Avoiding of Aerated And Caffeine Products

The intake of soft drinks, hard drinks, coffee and other caffeine products interrupt with the normal functioning of the system thereby disturbing the balance of hormones.

The hormonal imbalance created by such intake disturbs the ovulation time of a female and henceforth disturbing the menstruation cycle.
