A proper compression with frozen water or heat pads, hot water bags is an effective remedy and a beneficial one.

A cold compression is required the moment an individual is hurt since it has properties of reducing swelling and helps to decrease the pain. Heat helps in opening up the tissues and is mainly used during a severe pain.


Physiotherapy And Acupuncture

The therapy helps in increment of potency and abstains it from any further injuries. This treatment helps in getting back the movements in the wrists and elbows.

Acupuncture helps in getting away with pain since pressure on the points which coincide with the nerves next to the hands help in a good circulation of blood and removal of pain.
