Ginger

During the food poisoning, you need to drink one cup of ginger tea after every meal to reduce the nausea & vomiting of the patient. To make ginger tea you need one tablespoon of grated ginger and one cup of water and you need to boil them to get the tea.

Apart from this the mixture, one tablespoon of ginger juice and one teaspoon of honey can be swallowed multiple times to knock out all the pain and inflammations. You can also chew raw ginger to increase the levels of the digestive acids in the stomach so that the food can be easily digested.

Apple Cider Vinegar

The apple cider vinegar is acidic in nature. The intake of this vinegar can produce an alkaline effect in the body, and it can also able to metabolize the food poisoning effect. It normally kills the bacteria and soothes the gastrointestinal lining of the body. During the food poisoning period the patient needs to drink two tablespoons of undiluted vinegar in every 3 hours to get relief.

On the other way the patient can add two tablespoons of vinegar with 2 cups of hot water and should drink it before every solid meal to prevent acidic indigestion.

Basil Leaves

During the infection period, you need to drink some basil leaves juice with some honey to get relief from the food poisoning. You can put several drops of basil leave oils in one liter of plain drinking water and the water must be drunk slowly to kill the bacteria in the stomach. Apart from the whole remedies, you can also mix basil leaves, black pepper and some sea salts in the plain yogurt and must intake the whole mixture 3 to 4 times a day to get relaxation throughout the day.

Banana

Bananas are rich sources of potassium supplements and they easily alleviate the symptoms of food poisoning. These are very soft and can go easily in the stomach and restore the body’s energy. During the food poisoning the patient needs to prepare fresh ripe banana juices and should drink it 3 times a day to get results.

Fenugreek Seeds And Yogurt

Yogurt is rich source of anti-bacterial properties that usually kill the bacteria in the body. So the patient needs to swallow one tablespoon of yogurt with one teaspoon of fenugreek seed with a slight amount of water. This combining effect gives immediate relief from all kinds of pain and inflammation of the food poisoning. The patient should not chew the seeds at any cost as they are bitter in the taste.

Herbal Tea

During food poisoning, different herbal tea acts as the natural soother for the body as they usually keep the body hydrated throughout the day. Peppermint tea usually relieves the stomach cramp and gives relaxation. The comfrey root and the meadow tea treat the stomach infection and the licorice root and chamomile teas cures the nausea and vomiting in the patients and give them relaxation from the symptoms of food poisoning.
