Natural cures are the best remedies without much effort and expense to get freedom and all need to be done is to follow them until the problem is tackled completely and the guide below will give a list in hand and help us to get rid of frequent nose bleeds.
Blowing a nose gently helps in prevention of a blood vessel from naturally getting sealed and even helps in clearing out the blood clots from the nose completely.
An application of ice helps to reduce the flow of bleeding and the swelling across the bridge of the nose caused due to a gentle blow of a nose. The ice therapy helps in faster clotting of blood and against the nose the ice pack should be gently kept. The blood vessels get constricted if the cold cloth is placed on the nose (bridge).
For a span of five to ten minutes with the breath through the mouth the sensitive part of the nose should be gently pinched with the use of firstly a forefinger and secondly a thumb. In case the bleeding does not stop the process should be repeated again for a span of five to ten minutes and at the end again if it does not stop then an immediate action is required of consulting a doctor.
Inhaling of steam is very important and that can be done by placing of a towel over the head and leaning forward and sniffing it softly. The process should be repeated as many times as possible.
An application of vitamin E in a day many a times helps in moisturizing of the nasal membranes. A vitamin E capsule should be broken and either with the finger or with a wet cotton ball the inner nostrils should be wiped off softly. This is especially done at nights before bed.
With the help of vitamin c a formation of collagen takes place and which in turn helps in creating a moist lining in the nose. So intake of vitamin c foods is very important to recover from nose bleeds.
Eight glasses or maximum five liters of water should be taken every day and the intake should be high during summers and places which are highly dry. In the dry air and winters in a span of no time the nose is completely dried off. So a regular intake of an adequate amount of water is good for this problem.
