Acitinic Keratosis is also known as ‘’ “Solar Keratosis” and “Senile Keratosis”. This medical condition may result from excessive sun exposure, aging, kidney transplant and reaction to certain medicines. Green Tea

Milk Thistle

Milk thistle is also referred to as ‘’Holy Thistle’’ and ‘’Silymarin’’. It can protect the skin from the effects of ultraviolet rays. Ginkgo Biloba

Tea Tree Oil

An individual can apply tea tree oil on the affected area on a daily basis to cure the precancerous lesions. Application of a mixture of tea tree and olive oil can provide effective results.


Lemon Juice

An individual can apply lemon juice with the help of a cotton ball on the patches for 30 minutes 2 times in a day to treat the problem. Consumption of a combination of lemon juice and honey on a daily basis can also provide the desired results.


Onion Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar

An individual can add fresh juice extracted from a crushed onion to apple cider vinegar. This mixture can be applied on the affected area with the help of a cotton swab for 30 minutes on a daily basis to lighten the patches.


Castor Oil

Castor oil can be directly applied on the affected area to relieve the burning sensation, crusting, bleeding and pain associated with the problem. Further, it can help in reducing the spots resulting from sun exposure within a reasonable period of time.


Aloe Vera

Aloe vera can also be used in the treatment because of its anti-inflammatory properties. Daily consumption of aloe vera juice can help in reducing the problem. Aloe vera juice can also be directly applied on the patches to obtain relief. An individual can also mix aloe vera gel with olive oil and rub it on the lesions several times in a day.


Calendula

Calendula is also known as ‘’Calendula Officinalis’’. Calendula extract can protect the skin from the precancerous lesions. An individual can apply a natural paste prepared with the use of calendula flowers on the affected area multiple times on a weekly basis to get effective results.
