Place the bowl on boiling water to make it hot. Then with the help of your fingers massage it on your scalp. Massage for half an hour before going to sleep. Then cover your hair with a cotton cloth.

Coconut oil is good for this purpose because pure coconut oil is very thick. Add some curry leaves, hibiscus flower, aloevera, Indian gooseberry or amla in the coconut oil. Prepare them on low flame. Then strain the oil.
