Playing tennis, soccer, racquetball and basketball can also help in the treatment. A brisk walk of 30 to 40 minutes can also be undertaken on a daily basis. Yoga can reduce the risk of the development of the problem.

The regular practice of certain yoga postures can protect the body from the effects of obesity, stress, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Some effective yoga postures for treating the problem include pranayama, anuloma viloma, kapalbhati and bhastrika.


Lemon

Lemon is an effective natural treatment for high triglycerides. Fresh lemon juice can be stirred in a cup of warm water and consumed several times in a day to relieve the medical condition.

A combination of lemon juice and olive oil can be taken empty stomach on a daily basis to get the desired results.


Garlic

Garlic is also known as ‘’Allium Sativum’’. Regular consumption of garlic cloves (2 to 3) can provide relief from the problem.

Onion

Olive

Coriander Seeds
