Turmeric is a natural painkiller.Add a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a warm glass of milk and before going to bed drink this to prevent internal infections and inflammation. Flax Seed Oil And Onion

Heat up some Flax seed oil. Slice an onion thinly and fry it in the hot oil till they turn crunchy. Remove the oil from the heat and mix two tablespoons of Turmeric powder into it.Using a cotton swab, apply a small amount of warm oil on the injured knee. For internal injuries, sprain or fracture, dip a cotton pad in the oil, cover the affected area and leave it overnight.


Wheat Flour, Castor Oil And Goat Milk

To avoid knee pain during the night, make a paste of wheat flour, Castor oil, Turmeric powder and Goat milk. Apply this thick consistent paste on the affected area and wrap it with a clean cotton cloth.Wash off with warm water in the morning. Continue this treatment for 2-3 nights to get relief from the pain. This mixture acts as a good anti-inflammatory and reduces swelling. Castor oil being a natural painkiller reduces the pain.


Fenugreek Seeds Application

Fenugreek is one of the healing herbs with anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and soothing property. Fenugreek seed application on the injured knee is the best natural remedy in healing an injured knee.Crush a handful of Fenugreek seeds and make a paste of it by adding two or three teaspoons of water. Keep it for one hour and rinse it with warm water. Repeat this process until the swelling comes down and knee injury is healed.
