Natural Treatments For Leg Cramps

Banana

Ginger

Warm Water Bath

You can take a bath with warm water added with Epsom salt. This reduces pain in muscle tissue in the feet and bone pain.

Drink Water- Hydration

Drink plenty of water. Deficiency of water can cause leg pain. Make sure that your diet is full of potassium and calcium mineral because these two nutritional values are necessary in avoiding pain episodes.
Additional tips to cure leg cramps
•    Rub Aloe Vera gel on the feet. The chilling feeling of this gel relieves the pain.
•    Stretch your legs if you can. Mild stretching can work out for the pain and keep them from returning.
•    Use a heating pad. This calms the muscle tissue and keeps them from restricting.
