Oatmeal

Olive Oil

Olive oil is another natural exfoliator. It can be directly massaged on the affected area for a period of 20 to 30 minutes before going to bed at night. This natural treatment can also be used during pregnancy to prevent stretch marks. Olive oil mixed with aloe vera gel can also be applied to get relief.

Castor Oil

You can rub castor oil and cover the oiled area with a plastic wrap. To obtain effective results, you need to place a warm towel or heating pad on the wrap for 20 to 30 minutes.This process can help in quick absorption of the castor oil by the body. Application of castor oil can soothe the skin and remove the stretch marks.

Cocoa Butter

Cocoa butter is extracted from the creamy fat found inside the cocoa seeds. It has skin moisturizing properties and can be directly applied on the skin to improve cell regeneration.

Vitamin E Oil

Vitamin E is also known as “Tocopherol”. Vitamin E oil can be rubbed in a circular motion on the affected area to promote skin elasticity.

It is important to use this natural treatment multiple times in a day. It is interesting to note that the application of vitamin E oil can also help in removing dead skin cells.

Hot Water

You can take a bath with hot water to obtain relief from the problem. The affected area should be scrubbed at the time of taking the bath. A loofah can be used to get rid of the dead skin cells surrounding the stretch marks.

Coffee Powder

Another effective natural treatment is coffee powder. You can mix coffee powder with a regular collagen lotion and rub this mixture on the skin for a period of 60 to 75 seconds. This mixture can be removed with the use of a warm moist towel.

Water

It is essential to keep the body hydrated to reduce the stretch marks and improve the quality of skin. Intake of water can help in keeping the skin healthy and fresh. You should drink water at regular intervals to remove dead skin cells and enhance the production of new cells. It is advisable to consume 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day to obtain the desired results.

Lemon Juice

You can directly apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area 2 to 3 times in a day to treat the symptoms associated with the problem.
